ten things // 11.09.18

It's been over a year since I've shared ten things, so this post should consequently list about a billion things. I won't, however, bore the minds with trivial, forgotten things but rather ten things that are on my mind, circulating in turn at this moment in time.

  1. Simply stated - I miss plants, tall trees and fresh air.
  2. Honestly stated - I have yet to be discontented with my life in this metropolis.
  3. My admiration for the Woman is at an all time high. Despite the revolutionary results of the most recent midterm elections, living in Manhattan has put the powerful Woman on my radar. I'm endlessly inspired, driven and routinely reminded of what I can be and become. It's rad.
  4. I'm thoroughly disappointed in my luck with cards/gambling/scratch offs. Aren't the corner markets and bodegas supposed to carry all the winning cards?
  5. Time has never moved as quickly as it has the past two months. In fact, time has moved so fast that I haven't had the time to reflect on whether or not this is a good thing or a bad thing.
  6. I am contemplating my first tattoo...stay tuned.
  7. My "Self-Realization Radar" has been beeping off the charts. I have learned more about myself in the past six months than ever before. It truly shakes me to my core to realize my disabilities, weaknesses and areas in need of improvement, but I have this incredible human in my life who coaches me effortlessly and selflessly, not even realizing that he is my role model.
  8. Been into prints by John Zabawa
  9. Parcel's new album is a solid 10/10.
  10. Serious question - Is there such a thing as eating too much pizza while living in The City?
